As a Christian, Latina, and proud first-generation graduate, Stephanie embodies resilience, determination, and a deep commitment to honoring God through service to her community.
Stephanie's journey is rooted in a profound belief that wellness extends beyond the physical; encompassing mind, body, and spirit. Her passion for holistic health has driven her to create a space where people can find nourishment in their bodies while connecting with the divine source of healing.
