Welcome to FIT TO PRAISE ™! Our mission is to create a safe, joyful, and spirit-led environment where people of all fitness levels can move their bodies, strengthen their faith, and grow in community. To ensure a positive experience for all, please review and respect the following policies: Eligibility: FIT TO PRAISE ™ is open to men and women ages 16 and up. All participants under 18 must have a signed parental consent form. Pricing: Drop-in Session: $5 per class Monthly Membership: $15 (includes access to all weekly sessions) Payment is due before class via visa card, or online. Safety & Responsibility: By participating in FIT TO PRAISE ™, you acknowledge that you are voluntarily engaging in physical activity and assume full responsibility for your own health and safety. You are encouraged to work at your own pace and consult a medical professional before beginning any fitness program. VitaJug Smoothies & Wellness, Energy Zone Nutrition, and its instructors are not liable for any injury, illness, or condition that may occur during or after participation. Class Etiquette: Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to check in and settle in. Respect the space, instructor, and fellow participants. Wear comfortable workout attire and supportive shoes. Bring water, a towel, and an open heart. Membership Terms: Drop-In and Monthly memberships are non-refundable and non-transferable. Members are expected to attend consistently and notify us in case of absence. Classes may be rescheduled due to holidays, weather, or emergencies; notice will be provided in advance. Spirit of the Session: FIT TO PRAISE ™ is a judgment-free zone that welcomes all backgrounds. We ask everyone to maintain a respectful and Christ-centered attitude at all times.
